Many people wish to get married here so first in 'best dressed'. Weddings are mostly on Saturdays, but other days of the week are also acceptable.

Cost and Deposit

The offering for a wedding since January 2003 has been $600. For weddings in 2007 and 2008 the offering will be $650. For weddings in 2009 and 2010 the offering will be $700. This is a blanket amount for all weddings, regardless of wedding style. A deposit of $100 secures your booking.

Relationship Enrichment

We highly recommended a tool for enriching all relationships. It is confidential, valuable and a great way to start married life. “Prepare” highlights couples strengths and weaknesses. It helps to further open up people's communication skills - we encourage everyone to do “Prepare”. The cost is currently $70 for 2007.

The Paper Work

Eighteen months before the wedding (but NO LESS than 32 days before) we need to start the legal process. We need to view your original birth certificates, if born in Australia or if born overseas a valid passport from the country of your birth. If you have been married before we also need to view original documents and fill out additional forms.

Please take responsibility in organising these important meetings and have these documents with you when we meet.
